Stock supply program at AMSCO®
One solution to meet your needs is our stock supply program.
When a customer agrees to our contract, we can guarantee having that part in stock at one of our conveniently located warehouses. AMSCO® has warehouses in Wilmington, Delaware and Sparks, Nevada.
“So we have a lot of parts on the ground, and that’s part of the reason we have the service for the customers,” said Darlene Blanch, warehouse/shipping manager at AMSCO®. “If they need a part, we already have it on the ground, and they don’t have to wait three or four months to get it from a container.”
To go along with having those parts in stock, AMSCO® also offers freight shipping within 24 hours of the order.
“We have stock readily available, I believe our prices are very competitive with our competitors,” said Zach Marciniak, customer service/inside sales at AMSCO®. ” As long as you place your order, it will go out the door.”
We cover your freight charges on full truckloads
Another perk for our valued customers is the free delivery charges on full-load orders.
“When they buy a full truckload of product, we pay the freight,” said Blanch. “So that separates us from our competitors.”
Warehouseman Jared Wilkes said they deal with a lot of parts, what types of parts depends on the day. “Anywhere from shredding, grates, hammers, mining, bushings,” said Wilkes. He went on to say “A lot of hammers, hammers and grates.”
Marciniak said AMSCO® always has stock readily available. “We have a lot of product here, all readily available. I’d say a majority of our customers, we already have it here, so there isn’t a long wait.”
If AMSCO® doesn’t have a part for a customer, it could take several months to receive it. But that customer can sign up for the stock program for future orders to make sure we have what they need always in stock.
Another bonus is getting your parts shipped directly from our foundries, which can decrease wait time and cost even less.
